# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of **alia.help** and related
services (the "Service"), operated by **Lumus.gg LTDA** (CNPJ
40.325.568/0001-05) ("aliahlp", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the
Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an
organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

## The Service

aliahlp lets you connect a Postgres database or upload a CSV, connect your own
AI agent over a remote MCP server, run **read-only** SQL against your data, and
publish live hosted charts and dashboards. The Service accesses connected
databases read-only and cannot write to or modify them.

## Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Sign-in is passwordless via a magic link sent
to your email; you are responsible for maintaining access to that email account
and for activity under your account and API/MCP tokens. Notify us promptly of
any unauthorized use.

## Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

- Only connect databases and upload data that you own or are **authorized** to
  connect and process.
- Remain responsible for the queries your agent runs and the content you publish
  through the Service.
- Not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, to attempt to
  circumvent the read-only or tenant-isolation controls, or to disrupt or
  probe the Service or other users' data.

You are responsible for your data and for what your connected agent does through
the Service.

## Public and private reports

Charts and dashboards you make **public** are hosted at unguessable URLs and can
be viewed by **anyone who has the link**, without signing in — treat public
reports as public. **Private** charts and dashboards are visible only to you and
your invited team viewers and require the Pro plan.

## Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers a **Free** plan (unlimited public charts and reports,
database connections, CSV workspace, and the full MCP tool surface) and a paid
**Pro** plan (private charts and reports, and up to 5 invited team viewers).

Pro is billed **monthly** through **Stripe**. You can **cancel anytime**;
cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro features remain active until the
end of the current paid period. Payments are **non-refundable**, including for
partial billing periods, except where required by law. We may change plan pricing
or features with reasonable notice.

## Availability and no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hosted results will always be current
or accurate.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aliahlp and Lumus.gg LTDA will not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability
arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the
amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the
claim, or USD 100.

## Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aliahlp and Lumus.gg LTDA from claims
arising out of your data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

## Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the
[Privacy Policy](/privacy)). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach
these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service or others.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of
the Comarca of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, as the exclusive venue for any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, waiving any other however
privileged.

## Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last
updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance.
